The results are in!

After 2 weeks of Dr appts, ER visits, and lots of tests, the results are in! It's not the flu. It's not a baby. It's my gallbladder. So surgery here I come. I have a diseased gallbladder and they know that because it's function has decreased quite severely. In one way I'm very relieved to know what it is, why I have pain ALL the time, etc. On the other hand I'm not exactly looking forward to surgery. It's scheduled for Monday at 1:30. The only other surgeries I've had were the 2 C-sections that I had for my boys. They are going to put me completely out and I'm a little freaked out by it. So wish me luck and I hope that I'll survive the next couple of pain filled days along with the recovery. Thank goodness for drugs. My sister said I better not get addicted to them cause she's not lending me money for more. =)

Oh Angie, you poor thing. I hope it all goes well Monday for you. I will be thinking about you and praying for you too. And don't worry - if your sister won't give you the money for the drugs, I'll help you out!!!
Love ya!

My sister got her's out after a year of not being about to figure out what was wrong. She felt 100% better after. She said the surgery was so worth it. And the cuts are small. If you can survive a c-section you will be fine. Good luck!

Wow, I'm sorry, but at least you know the "end" to your pain is in sight. I should go find out what your gallbladder even does. Good luck.

Oh Angie, that is not fun. Being in pain and/or sick when you have little ones to take care of is a hundred times worse without them. I hope the surgery goes well! Call me if you want me to take the boys off your hands for a bit. My boys would love it.

Wow, good luck with everything! It must have been real difficult to finally find out what was wrong, at least it's not too serious. I'll pray for you!
