Here he is lining up for school. I always heard how hard it was to send your child to kindergarten, but it actually wasn't too hard. It wasn't too hard of a transition since he had such a wonderful and more formal preschool experience where he went 4 days a week at an elementary school. Now he just goes 5 days a week for an extra half hour each day- 3 hours each day. It also didn't hurt that he only finished preschool 4 weeks ago. So he only had a 3 week summer. I have been kinda nervous since he's not even 5 yet, and he's so small, but so far it's been going okay. There are 3 other little kids that we know from church that are in his class so that definitely helps. None of us moms can get our kids to tell us what they did at school so we all compare and share what little info we have gotten out of them. All in all it's going great!

Wow how crazy to have a kindergartener! I can't believe school starts in July. Good luck. Did you cry?
Emily loves to tell me stories of how she sits next to Danny and plays with Danny at recess. I am glad that we chose afternoon and that we have so many LDS kids there...I wish we had more girls though. Emily is struggling with meeting friends that are girls.
