First Snowman

In January while my sister and family were still here Danny got to make his first snowman. When Danny got up that morning and had seen it had snowed he asked to go out and make one. I put him off, knowing I wouldn't be able to watch Caleb and help him make a snowman, and also knowing that my amazing brother in-law would most likely be up for the job. He is always the first to volunteer to take the kids out and is the best at entertaining them. He is SO great with kids.

Danny and his cousin Isabelle were so excited and dove right in. My dad decided to join in on the fun too. The snow was just the perfect kind to make a great snowman.

Caleb was a great observer with the help of my lovely mom.

The final product including face, hat and scarf.

One wasn't enough so the kids immediately started on #2.

My little cousin Jenny arrived just in time to get a picture and to join in on a snowball fight.

During January at Danny's school they've been talking about snow and all the fun things you can do with it. So Danny was very excited to show his teachers and class what he had been up to.
